Week 10 - Meditation


               After I have done a meditation in the classroom. I feel comfortable, calm, and relax in my brain and my mind. It likes I can release those stress out of my head and only focus on the recent work. Life is always make us confused how to go on the future way. There are too many barriers which came from our thoughts and also another conditions to stop us or let us be stronger, it depends on our point of view to see and solve it. So, meditation can provide the benefits of deep thinking and release stress at the same time.
